Where are we going?

Siddhalepa Ayurveda Health Resort & Spa offers a wide range of authentic healing packages for most illnesses and health issues, based on over 5,000 years of Ayurvedic medical tradition – one of the few natural healing methods in the world recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO).

The Siddhalepa Ayurvedic Resort in Sri Lanka is set on seven hectares of botanical gardens filled with tropical and indigenous trees, medicinal plants, vines, and shrubs, and offers views of the Indian Ocean. Your stay is under the professional care of local doctors, visiting consultants, and trained therapists. Ayurvedic herbal preparations by Siddhalepa are produced in their own ISO-certified pharmaceutical factory, which you will also have the opportunity to visit.

Travel

You will travel to Sri Lanka by air. We recommend purchasing your ticket with Emirates.

If you are considering joining us, we suggest meeting on the same flight to make the transfer from the airport to the resort smooth and coordinated. The resort staff will arrange transportation for us.

Meeting point for participants: Vienna Airport at 11:55.

We will land in Colombo on Sunday at 8:20 local time, and transportation to the resort (approximately one hour) will be arranged. The first Ayurvedic treatments will take place the same day.

We return on Tuesday 31 March 2026, arriving in Vienna at 19:55.

Price of the stay

Together with Siddhalepa Wadduwa Resort, we have prepared special discounted prices for Holos clients – at least 15% lower than standard rates. The room types differ slightly in size and location—either near the pool or with ocean views. All rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned.

Daily Ayurvedic treatment (minimum 2.5 hours per day)

• Shirobyanga – head massage
• Shirodhara – to induce sleep and release stress
• Pikchill – calming inflammatory conditions of the scalp
• Parisheka – reducing the sensation of body heat
• Abhyanga – full-body massage for strength, longevity, vitality, and relaxation
• Mukabhyanga – facial massage
• Ayurvedic facial treatments – cleansing, hydrating, and soothing
• Akshitarpana – nourishing eye bath
• Netraparisheka – eye cleansing and cooling
• Netrapindi – healing herbal eye compresses
• Pinda Sweda – sweating therapy to improve joint mobility
• Parisheka Sweda – detoxifying steam treatment
• Avagaha Sweda – special treatment for lower back pain, sciatica, and kidney discomfort
• Naadi Sweda – directed steam application for pain relief
• Kuti Sweda – Ayurvedic sauna for weight reduction (under supervision)

• Herbal bath – for skin issues and toxin elimination

Daily Schedule

06:00–07:00 – Yoga (daily)
07:30–09:30 – Breakfast
08:00–12:30 – Daily doctor consultations and treatments
12:30–14:30 – Lunch
13:30–17:00 – Therapies and treatments
16:00–17:00 – Ayurvedic tea
17:00–18:00 – Yoga or meditation
19:00–21:30 – Dinner

After yoga, we recommend swimming in the ocean—mornings are usually calmer. :-)
